What is the recommended dosage?

Take one (1) pill with food, or if on a empty stomach take with at least 8fl oz of water. After tolerance levels are determined (typically 1-3 weeks) ; you may increase to two (2) pills per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.May cause sleeplessness if taken after 4pm.

Its always best to consult with your physician before use of this or any dietary product. If you are prone to blood sugar issues, are taking medications for heart or other cardiovascular diseases, if you have high blood pressure, or have had a stroke, seizure or are on anti
depressive medications, taking this product is not recommended. It is not recommended that you take this product if you ingest caffeine from other sources in large amounts. Do not take this product late in the day or in conjunction with other stimulant products or alcohol. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or are lactating or are trying to get pregnant. Not to be taken by those under the age of eighteen, keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped same day if placed before 11:00am EST. Late Friday orders are packed same day but not actually picked up from our location till the following Monday. Rush delivery takes 2-3 days. Standard takes 3-10 days depending on your distance from us. We are located in Florida. Express shipping take 1 day, but can be up to 2 days.

By request of our many customers we have added a autoshipment program for your convience. Also as per the many requests this is billed EVERY 24 DAYS . This is to insure that you are not without the product while its in transit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPEN BOTTLES FOR RETURN. If we receive a open bottle for return it will be disposed of and NO refund will be issued.

YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN NUMBER AND A PROPER RETURN ADDRESS.

In the case of a multiple bottle purchase you may return the unopen bottles for a credit on those. If there is a special purchase offer or any free product you received at the time of your purchase and your keeping that item because it was opened and you are returning the others your refund will be prorated to reflect the normal website price for that bottle you kept.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED FOR A REFUND (unopen only) OR REFUSED will incure a $12.00 fee to cover our processing and credit card fees. You will NOT be charged this fee if we have prorated you for a bottle you kept. We DO NOT refund shipping charges.

If a item is damaged in transit (this includes "broken seals") we will promptly send out a replacement after we receive the damaged item. Damaged items can ONLY be exchanged for a replacement. We will refund you for the postage amount to send back the damged product to us for the exchange.

WE SUGGEST SENDING ALL ITEMS BACK TO US WITH SOME SORT OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. THIS IS "INSURANCE" THAT WE DO ACTUALLY GET THE ITEM YOUR RETURNING BACK. IF WE DO NOT GET IT WE CANNOT REFUND IT.
